The MHSO established its Ethnic and Immigration History<\/em> Series <\/em>in the early 1980s. The series is composed of scholarly, in-depth works on a variety of subjects by noted historians such as Franc Sturino, Varpu Lindstr\u00f6m, Lillian Petroff, and Robert F. Harney. Many of these works are deservedly well-regarded \u2013 for instance, Sojourners and Settlers <\/em>received Heritage Toronto\u2019s Award of Excellence in 1996 \u2013 and they have had a significant impact on mainstream Canadian historiography. The publications in the Ethnic and Immigration History<\/em> Series<\/em> are listed below. All can be accessed online through the Libraries and Cultural Resources Digital Collections of the University of Calgary.<\/p>\n
