It addresses a range of subjects \u2013 migration, culture, the struggle for justice, and work \u2013 all in the context of the development, over the past 400 years, of a complex, vibrant community and supportive community life. The exhibit has been well-received. Launched in the Grand Hall of the Canadian Museum of Civilization (now the Canadian Museum of History) at a gala opening addressed by the Prime Minister, it was on view at the museum for eight months. It then toured the country for two years. A <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mhso.ca\/ggp\/Exhibits\/Many_Rivers\/TOC.htm\" target=\"_blank\">virtual exhibit<\/a> provides a glimpse of the content of this travelling exhibit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Information:\u00a0<\/strong>The current version of the exhibit is composed of 30 framed photographs mounted on light-weight foam core. The photographs are 18\u2033 x 24\u2033 in both vertical and horizontal formats.
