Faduma received a university degree and worked as an accountant for the government in Mogadishu. She now faces the daunting task of raising here children alone. Much of her time is spent looking for more suitable housing and caring for Warsan who is still at home. Recently she helped to co-found the Somali Community Centre of Etobicoke to help others in her situation.
